Our Founding Story
Our founder has helped people buy and sell homes in Arizona for years. Along the way she noticed something: some of the best agents she worked with had started their careers as firefighters, police officers, paramedics and dispatchers. They stayed calm when deals got tense, communicated clearly and never stopped until the job was done.
She also saw how often first responder families struggled to find an agent who understood their lives — rotating shifts, call-back distances, overtime income on a loan application, or simply wanting a little distance from the neighborhood they serve.
Buying or selling a home is personal. You share your finances, your family plans and your hopes for the next chapter. You deserve to do that with someone who has walked in your boots, or who you know will show up when it counts.
That’s why this site exists. We connect you with experienced, licensed agents who previously served as first responders. Every agent we work with follows fair housing law and serves every client equally.
